The specific consumption of fuel chips with a moisture content of 20% is from 1.3 to 1.6 kg/per 1 kWh of electrical energy.
There is an opportunity to integrate a secondary heat exchange circuit for heating and obtain useful thermal energy - cogeneration.
In our equipment, the initial fuel or raw material is wood chips, from which we obtain a number of products on our equipment.
One of which is producer gas.
During the processing process, we get 3 products.
Three different products in different states of aggregation:
Gaseous: generator gas – used to generate electrical energy in a gas-piston electric generator.
Solid – charcoal (or biochar), high-quality charcoal has a market value of 0.4 $/1 kg.
Liquid – a condensed liquid of dark color – wood vinegar is a valuable raw material for insecticides and other chemical production.
We managed to structure the gas generation process in such a way that the generator gas could be obtained and consistently purified to the required purity so that it could be fed to gas-piston generators for subsequent stable generation of electrical energy.
Our gas generators implement a descending fluidized bed gasification method with atmospheric air at low vacuum.
The magic word PYROLYSIS is also present in certain layers of the reactor – the gasifier. After the gas is obtained and purified, it is fed as fuel to the electric generator – the gas piston engine.
The entire line of gas generator equipment is equipped with appropriate gas piston engines.
Gas piston engines undergo mandatory tuning at our enterprise.
Gas generators are water-cooled and equipped with appropriate cooling towers and use water in a closed circuit.
After ordering and manufacturing the appropriate equipment components, each generator is assembled and tested in the factory on a single platform, which is then shipped with the equipment kit to customers, ensuring quick installation at the site of use.
All processes occur in automatic mode. The control system has a modern interface and software allows remote monitoring and commissioning.
All of the above, the energy crisis and the desire to receive electricity not from the grid, but from our own independent source, forced us to organize all our knowledge, efforts and skills into a logically constructed, repeatable industrial cycle and create equipment for the production of alternative and controlled electrical energy.
The equipment manufacturing period is 60 working days.
The warranty on the equipment is 1 year from the date of its commissioning.
The company carries out the installation and commissioning of the equipment with training of the Buyer's personnel.
