User Agreement

This Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the «Agreement») regulates the relations between the bulletin board site «Ukhty»
(hereinafter referred to as the «Site» or «Company») and Users. By using the Site, the User
confirms agreement to all the terms and conditions set out below.

1. General provisions and User responsibilities

The site is a communication platform for placing ads.
The Company is not the initiator, organizer or intermediary in any agreements between Users.
The User bears full responsibility for the information he publishes and for all agreements concluded on the Site.
The User understands that the counterparty may be unscrupulous or incompetent.
The company does not verify the accuracy of information in ads and profiles.

2. Limitation of the Company's liability

The Company and its representatives are not liable for any damages, losses or expenses arising from:

publishing advertisements;
inaccurate information;
failure to fulfill obligations by the parties to the agreement;
the behavior or actions of other Users;
unauthorized access to servers;
technical failures in the operation of the Site;
content of advertising materials.

The Company is also not responsible for the storage or use by third parties of information posted publicly by the User.

The relationship between the User and the Company does not create an agency, employment, partnership or other similar relationship.

3. Dispute Resolution

All disputes between Users are resolved by them independently, without the participation of the Company.
In the event of claims against the Company, the User releases its management, subsidiaries and employees from any claims, compensations and expenses.

4. Company Rights

The Company has the right, but is not obligated, to delete an ad or account in the event of a confirmed violation of the Agreement.
The Company's inaction in case of violation of the conditions does not mean a refusal to further protect its interests.

5. Force majeure

The Company is not responsible for interruptions in the operation of the Site caused by force majeure circumstances (changes in legislation, decisions of government bodies, technical failures, etc.).
