The Master 10/14 rod (cable) is a piece of special rope Ø 8.2 mm with or without special end caps, the length of which depends on the width of the conveyor belt being joined. The Master 10/14 connecting rod is a very important element of the butt joint. The strength and design of the original connecting rods ensure the best performance. The Master 10/14 detachable connectors are supplied without rods or in sets with a K20 connecting rod for conveyor belt widths of 1000 mm, 1200 mm, 1400, 1600 mm. They are pressed into the ends of the connected belts using a special impact device Master 130.PS, after which both parts of the joint are connected according to the "zipper-lock" principle, i.e. the brackets of one end of the belt are placed between the brackets of the other, and a connecting rod is inserted into the loops. Please note that the length of the connecting rod Master 10/14 with boiled ends is always less than the width of the connected belt. We supply the connecting cable Master 10/14 both for the width of the conveyor belt and in coils in multiples of 1 meter - 10 m. p. or 20 m. p. We do not recommend replacing the connecting rods Master 10/14 with ordinary cables of the appropriate diameter, since they may have the same structure, strength, and flexibility as special cables - Master 10/14 rods. Using conventional cables can lead to premature failure of the joint.
