From a small conveyor, the worker must take a bun, moisten it with water and put it on a baking sheet. Monotonous work, easy activity that does not require much effort. *Confectionery* Workers add jam to the finished product (rolls, donuts, buns), and then pack the finished products into cardboard boxes. *Bakery* Only men (take finished products out of the oven) Finished products are placed in carts and transported. *Assistant* (physical worker) Washing containers (not manually) washing molds.
