The bag counting system is designed to count bags and bags of finished products moving in a conveyor belt flow during their transportation to the warehouse or shipment.

Composition: weighing platform with strain gauge, electronic unit, belt speed sensor, set of photo sensors and remote display. In this case, the presence of a bag on the belt is registered both by the signal from the platform strain gauge and by the signal from the system photo sensors. The order of movement of the bags on the belt and their mutual arrangement (“end-to-end”, “overlap”, across) does not affect the accuracy of counting bags.

The advantage of the system is the ability to accurately count and eliminate the facts of theft of finished products.
