Mechanical connectors for conveyor belts K28K-27 for belts with a thickness of 7-11 mmK-28 for belts with a thickness of 10-13 mmThis method of joining conveyor belts allows you to join rubber-fabric conveyor belts of any thickness (from 0.8 mm) and strength (up to 3500 N/mm). For joining, detachable connectors and a device for pressing them are used. The use of this joining technology allows, first of all, to reduce the consumption of conveyor belt per joint (up to 2 m of belt is saved), to reduce the time for joining (a team of 2 people makes a joint in 30-40 minutes), there is no need to prepare the belt before joining (simple cutting) at a right angle). This joining method is indispensable in case of various accidents on conveyors, when joining belts with a whole cord or when difficulties arise with processing the belt. The resulting joint is detachable (the assembly and dismantling of the belt is simplified) and has the flexibility of a solid belt. The joints ensure smooth, impact-free passage through roller supports and drums. A uniform belt throughout its thickness will not complicate passage through cleaning devices. This method of joining rubber-fabric conveyor belts has been used since 1994 in mines and enrichment enterprises of Ukraine and neighboring countries, enterprises of the construction industry, food and sugar industries.
