**We are hiring chefs in Warsaw** an international restaurant chain specializing in fresh, healthy and natural products. We operate on the principle of a fresh market, offering our guests a wide selection of dishes prepared from fresh ingredients in an open kitchen.**We offer:**- **Rate:** PLN 28 per hour.- **Work schedule:** variable schedule, 5 days a week. Recommended working hours are from 7:00 to 21:00 (2 days in a row), but options for changing the schedule are possible by agreement.- **Meals:** Free meals during the working day.- **Locations:** Warsaw, ### **Responsibilities:**1. **Preparation of dishes**: – Responsibility for preparing dishes according to the chain's standards – Ensuring the quality and freshness of all ingredients. – Compliance with the recipe, weight standards and cooking time.2. **Organization of kitchen work**: – Planning and coordination of work in the kitchen. – Ensuring compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards and safety rules in the workplace. – Monitoring order and cleanliness in the kitchen.3. **Participation in menu development**: – Collaboration with the team to improve culinary offerings.4. **Inventory management**: – Monitoring the availability of necessary products and ingredients. – Participation in ordering products and storing goods. **Requirements:**- **Experience as a cook**: Minimum 1 year in restaurants or catering establishments.- **Knowledge of Polish**: A level sufficient to communicate with the team and understand cooking standards.- **Medical book (sanitary and epidemiological book)**: Mandatory presence or readiness to obtain it.- **Availability of own housing**: The vacancy assumes that the candidate lives in Wrocław, Warsaw, Szczecin or Gdańsk or has the ability to provide housing on their own.
