Who is this job suitable for?
The vacancies we offer are designed for a wide range of candidates. Our clients include young people who are going abroad for the first time, experienced workers, and married couples. It is not necessary to know the language or have a profession - many employers are looking for people for physical work or for packaging, sorting, warehouses, production.
The requirements are usually simple:

Of course, there are vacancies that require experience or language skills — for example, CE category drivers, welders, logistics specialists. But they are a minority. The vast majority are affordable, legal physical work that allows you to earn from 2,500 euros per month.
Why WILS is a safe option
We work officially, have Polish registration, an employment license and conclude direct contracts with employers. This means that you will receive official contract, social package (insurance, taxes, the ability to obtain a certificate) and clearly defined working conditions.
Our company does not take any prepayments - first the work, then the payment. Departure is organized within 5-7 days after the vacancy is approved. Managers are constantly in touch - they help with documents, transportation, housing, translation and even adaptation on site.
How much can you really earn?
The base salary listed is — 2500 euros per month — this is not advertising and not the extreme maximum. This is the average level that our clients receive in the main vacancies: warehouses, logistics, packaging, production.
Payment can be either hourly (12–16 euros per hour) or fixed per month. It is important that:

overtime is paid additionally;

accommodation is often provided free of charge or for a nominal fee;

The registration is legal - wages are paid to a bank card, taxes are paid officially.
Living and working conditions
Accommodation is usually in dormitories or apartments, 2–4 people per room, with a kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi. All addresses are checked — no one settles in «barracks.» Work — in clean and organized conditions, without humiliation, with a clear schedule.
We provide all the information in advance: photos of the accommodation, working hours, food conditions, what to bring with you, what clothes you will need. This helps you prepare yourself mentally and physically, especially if this is your first trip.
