Due to expansion, we are looking for a sales manager to join our team, who will become a reliable link between our customers and the technical department.
Working conditions:
– Official employment
– Stable salary: fixed rate + % from sales
– Full-time: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
– Mandatory visits to facilities in Kyiv (inspections, consultations, meetings with clients)
– Support from an experienced technical team: engineers, estimators, project managers

Your responsibilities:
– Attracting new clients in the field of repair and construction services (B2B, government agencies, commercial real estate)
– Visits to facilities in Kyiv: preliminary inspection, consultations, participation in technical meetings
– Conducting negotiations, presentations, meetings with potential customers
– Formation of individual commercial offers
– Client support at all stages of the transaction — from the first contact to the signing of the contract
– Keeping records in CRM: recording contacts, deal statuses, reporting
– Implementation of sales plans and participation in weekly planning with the manager
Our ideal candidate has:
– 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the field of repair and construction services
– Practical skills in negotiations, presentations, and handling objections
– Understanding of construction terminology and the specifics of renovation work – Ability to quickly navigate the technical details of projects
– Experience with CRM systems, Google Docs, Excel
– High level of self-organization, responsibility and result orientation
– Willingness to visit facilities in Kyiv
