  • ability to use 1C;
  • have an understanding of working in CRM;
  • have effective sales experience;

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • control of the department's work;
  • company sales and revenue planning;
  • product sales analysis;
  • forming a production order;
  • reports to management on sales and revenue;
  • monitoring the relevance of the client base;
  • forecasting demand for products based on analysis of customer data;
  • control and adjustment of scripts, sales technology, catalog of product benefits;
  • resolving customer/product issues;
  • correction of managers;
  • control and improvement of working conditions of managers to achieve results.
