Oreo cookie packer/sorter
️Responsibilities:
Ж- Checking the quality of packages, stickering, working with a scanner
M- Packaging/sorting in cardboard boxes
Payment for work:
· Hourly rate – 15.66 zlotys per hour net, up to 26 years old, the rate is 18.3 zlotys. net
· Awards:
leave for the night shift +20% to the standard rate
over watch +50% at the standard rate
work on a day off / holiday +100% at the standard rate
Award for the best employees:
PLN 400 net
Bonus at the start: 10 zlotys gross for each working day, max. 200 zlotys
Attendance bonus: max. 360 zlotys
· The more additional hours, the more the salary will be.
Working hours:
8-10-12 hours a day
5-6 days a week (20-24 days a month).
Three breaks: 15 / 30 / 15 minutes.
Number of working hours per month: 240 and more.
