Main responsibilities of an employee. Nature and features of the work

Work at a bread and bun bakery processes:

– I CUTTING

In this process, a person works alongside a machine that cuts bread.

A worker puts bread into the machine;

The second worker packs the finished product;

A third worker puts the products into a container

From a small conveyor, the worker must take a bun, moisten it with water, and place it on a baking sheet.

Monotonous work, easy activity that does not require much effort

II CONFECTIONERY

Workers add jam to the finished product (rolls, donuts, buns), and then the finished product

packed in cardboard boxes.

III Bakery (men only)

The work includes removing finished products from the oven (the oven is hot), packaging finished products on

carts, transporting products to a designated location, work requires physical effort

IV Assistant (manual worker)

Washing plastic containers (not manually, the machine does everything, you just need to take the containers out of it)

Washing molds Stacking containers on top of each other Regardless of which process an employee is assigned to, they are responsible for washing containers, cleaning,

maintaining cleanliness, transporting carts

The division into processes occurs upon arrival, the foreman is responsible for this (only HE, the agency does not influence

division of employees into processes)
