Working as an operator at an automobile factory.
Schedule: shift (3 shifts).
The essence of the work:
-machine maintenance, assembly of parts (parts approximately 6 kg each), filling out forms– without knowledge of the language.
-Quality control (defect inspection) of car air conditioning parts – with knowledge of the language.
Rate: with knowledge of Polish – PLN 16.5 per hour, without – PLN 16 (8 hours).
