The operator of program-controlled machines ensures the process of machining metal parts on program-controlled machines. He/she conducts the machining process of parts from the machine control panel; installs and removes parts after machining; monitors the operation of the machine tool systems he/she serves, can control a group of machines; controls the machining of parts surfaces, checks the quality of machining of parts with a control and measuring tool and visually; adjusts individual components and mechanisms; controls the tool's output to the starting point and corrects it; installs the tool in the tool blocks; selects and installs the tool blocks with tool replacement and adjustment; eliminates minor malfunctions in the operation of the tool and devices.
