Responsibilities:
- drawing up schedules for the execution of work on the object and their adherence;
- quality control of work performance according to the project;
- control of timely provision of materials and tools for work at the facility;
- working with drawings and design documentation;
- ensuring safety and compliance with building codes and regulations;
- organization of supplies of materials and equipment to the construction site, control of the use of materials;
- acceptance of completed work and its delivery to the customer;
- maintaining technical documentation.
Candidate requirements:
- higher technical education;
- work experience of 2 years or more;
- experience in a management position (foreman, foreman);
- ability to clearly organize and control the work process;
- ability to prepare estimates for work (estimate);
- experience in negotiations;
- ability to work in a team and resolve conflict situations;
- Must have your own car.
Working conditions:
- salary 30,000 – 60,000 UAH;
