On the second floor:
– Double room (double bed, clothes hanger, balcony, TV)
– 3-person room (double bed, single bed, clothes hanger, TV, balcony).
2 half of the house:
On the first floor:
– living room (sofa bed, dining table, TV, kitchenette – refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes, sink)
– bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer, towel dryer).
On the second floor:
– 2-person room (double bed, clothes hanger, balcony, TV) – 3-person room (3 single beds, clothes hanger, TV, balcony).
Each half is locked.
On the first floor there is a kitchen for common use (gas stove, electric kettle, dishes).
There is also a large veranda-dining room.
There is a barbecue and a gazebo in the yard.
Heating: autonomous water heating.
Water supply: cold water constantly, hot water - 200 l boiler.
Uninterrupted power supply.
Food:
– You can cook your own food in the kitchen.
– There is a restaurant and a shop nearby.
