I will rent a cozy 1-room apartment in a well-kept house with a nice yard, a condominium, a clean entrance with an Otys elevator and a drinking water machine, near the bus stop, 2 supermarkets (ATB and Fora), a market. Apartment with large metal-plastic windows, layout with a bay window, glazed loggia, adjacent S/U, there is a washing machine, microwave oven, new refrigerator, dishes and utensils, bedding, TV-plasma, Kiev telephone. In the hall there is a deep wall-mounted wardrobe, a room with a double wardrobe and a nice wall, there is a closet with a large mirror in handmade wooden cladding, in the bay window there is a desk in front of a large window. A sofa with an orthopedic mattress, there is a folding chair-bed. The double entrance door is wooden and metal, both lined with leatherette and insulated. The price is UAH 8,000 + utilities.
