By using the Site, the User<br \/>\nconfirms agreement to all the terms and conditions set out below.<\/p>\n<h2>1. General provisions and User responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The site is a communication platform for placing ads.<\/li>\n<li>The Company is not the initiator, organizer or intermediary in any agreements between Users.<\/li>\n<li>The User bears full responsibility for the information he publishes and for all agreements concluded on the Site.<\/li>\n<li>The User understands that the counterparty may be unscrupulous or incompetent.<\/li>\n<li>The company does not verify the accuracy of information in ads and profiles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. Limitation of the Company&#039;s liability<\/h2>\n<p>The Company and its representatives are not liable for any damages, losses or expenses arising from:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>publishing advertisements;<\/li>\n<li>inaccurate information;<\/li>\n<li>failure to fulfill obligations by the parties to the agreement;<\/li>\n<li>the behavior or actions of other Users;<\/li>\n<li>unauthorized access to servers;<\/li>\n<li>technical failures in the operation of the Site;<\/li>\n<li>content of advertising materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Company is also not responsible for the storage or use by third parties of information posted publicly by the User.<\/p>\n<p>The relationship between the User and the Company does not create an agency, employment, partnership or other similar relationship.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Dispute Resolution<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>All disputes between Users are resolved by them independently, without the participation of the Company.<\/li>\n<li>In the event of claims against the Company, the User releases its management, subsidiaries and employees from any claims, compensations and expenses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. Company Rights<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The Company has the right, but is not obligated, to delete an ad or account in the event of a confirmed violation of the Agreement.<\/li>\n<li>The Company&#039;s inaction in case of violation of the conditions does not mean a refusal to further protect its interests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. Force majeure<\/h2>\n<p>The Company is not responsible for interruptions in the operation of the Site caused by force majeure circumstances (changes in legislation, decisions of government bodies, technical failures, etc.).<\/p>\n<h2>6.
