Your responsibilities:
\n\u2013 Attracting new clients in the field of repair and construction services (B2B, government agencies, commercial real estate)
\n\u2013 Visits to facilities in Kyiv: preliminary inspection, consultations, participation in technical meetings
\n\u2013 Conducting negotiations, presentations, meetings with potential customers
\n\u2013 Formation of individual commercial offers
\n\u2013 Client support at all stages of the transaction \u2014 from the first contact to the signing of the contract
\n\u2013 Keeping records in CRM: recording contacts, deal statuses, reporting
\n\u2013 Implementation of sales plans and participation in weekly planning with the manager<\/p>\n
Our ideal candidate has:
\n\u2013 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the field of repair and construction services
\n\u2013 Practical skills in negotiations, presentations, and handling objections
\n\u2013 Understanding of construction terminology and the specifics of renovation work \u2013 Ability to quickly navigate the technical details of projects
\n\u2013 Experience with CRM systems, Google Docs, Excel
\n\u2013 High level of self-organization, responsibility and result orientation
