The main advantage of the house is the bathhouse, which is located directly in the house, the entrance is from the first floor from the corridor. Access to the bathhouse is only available to those living in this cottage. From the bathhouse there is an exit to the street to a barrel-bath with cold water.<\/p>\n

First floor:<\/p>\n
\u2013 Spacious terrace with spectacular mountain views<\/p>\n
\u2013 An entrance hall that leads to the bathhouse and the living room.<\/p>\n
\u2013 living room with a fireplace, a large folding leather sofa, suitable for 2 people to sleep in. There is a table, chairs, TV.<\/p>\n
\u2013 the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. There is a 4-burner electric stove, a full set of cooking and serving utensils, a microwave, a refrigerator, kitchen furniture, a hood, a sink, and an electric kettle.<\/p>\n
\u2013 bathroom: shower, washbasin, hairdryer, toilet, towel dryer.<\/p>\n
\u2013 bathhouse: steam room for 6-8 people, barrel with a spring water bath outside. Hot tubs.<\/p>\n
Second floor:<\/p>\n
\u2013 3 double bedrooms, each with a wide double bed, furniture for storing clothes (chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside tables), night lamps, and a TV in one of the rooms.<\/p>\n
\u2013 the bathroom is fully equipped: shower, hairdryer, toilet, washbasin, towel dryer.<\/p>\n
The territory of the house is large, guarded, and well-maintained.<\/p>\n
There is a gazebo with a fireplace and barbecue, a pond with trout, organized fishing, and a fenced and guarded parking lot.<\/p>\n
